Re: Service Optimization

As you know we have recently implemented Service Optimization and I am already suitable impressed by the overall effect it has had on our bottom line.

After we corrected our vehicle chassis numbers removing the O for 0 and I for 1 we were able to run the outstanding campaign report. It was like winning lotto as you watch the numbers roll over, knowing each outstanding campaign is a potential work order. We had over 600 outstanding Jobs fantastic !!

I would recommend every dealership to use the Service Optimization Program its like winning lotto.
