Technology Agreement November 2006

| Reynolds & Reynolds announce today a technology agreement with Infomedia. The technology agreement provides the ability for Reynolds & Reynolds customers to integrate to the Microcat Electronic Parts Catalogue and the SuperService Menus Pack’s data.. Steve Kloss, CEO, Reynolds & Reynolds said, “We have admired the Infomedia business for many years as a technically advanced and market leader in the supply of field operations data and aftersales process improvement tools in the auto industry. We are particularly excited about this technology agreement between our companies which will provide a unique level of advanced integration to the Microcat electronic parts catalogue (EPC) and integration to the Infomedia SuperService Menus Pack’s data which will benefit our customers enormously. Combining these two powerful fixed operations solutions directly into the dealer management system will create efficiency, labour savings and accuracy in dealing with a dealer’s end user - the customer”. Gary Martin, CEO of Infomedia said “The alignment and integration of our two technologies, the core competency of Reynolds for Management Systems and Infomedia for Data management and distribution, provides a compelling parts and service offering to all dealers and car companies throughout the Asia Pacific Region.” Along with the agreement Reynolds & Reynolds have also acquired Infomedia’s Business Systems Division which includes the AutoLedgers ® and NOVA™ dealer management systems. The acquisition expands Reynolds’ market share to a host of large volume parts distributors, and regional automotive agricultural and truck dealers. This acquisition adds 368 franchise points to the Reynolds family, and brings with it a wealth of experience and knowledge from the 30 employees of the company.
