Reynolds & Reynolds support commences well in advance of your actual installation. The process begins with our "Investment Analysis", a comprehensive review of your dealership's current operation and a detailed departmental report highlighting the areas of greatest return you can expect once ERA is installed. We will meet with your key staff to develop an implementation plan, outline individual responsibilities, set up an installation schedule to help minimise disruption of your operations and determine the most efficient approach to training your team.

We will make sure your team is thoroughly trained. Pre installation training takes on two forms - "classroom style" training at one of our Training Academies located in each of our offices throughout Australia and "in-dealership" training where your team receives personalised, on-the-job instruction using your dealership's own data and equipment. This ensures complete understanding and optimal system utilisation. Our instructors go beyond just explaining how the system works by, showing your staff how ERA can help them do their jobs in the most efficient, most profitable way. We then complete the installation with an "ERA Business Review" to ensure the features are being utilised.
